We are still ramping up for the Mid-Autumn Festival coming up this Thursday, September 15. It’s a holiday widely celebrated by Chinese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese, but many people outside of these cultures aren’t aware of autumn’s harvest Moon Festival. So, we hit up Eastern Cafe in Chinatown-International District to taste test some cafe-goers on the holiday’s famous treat, the mooncake. In fact, we gave quite a few different versions to try.
