This week owner of Seattle’s Pho Cyclo cafes and executive director of Ethnic Business Coalition, Taylor Hoang, spoke at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber’s women in business luncheon and some very important things to say: “When it comes to ethnic-owned businesses, they are pegged as a once-in-a-while stop; cheap eats, low quality. We want to change that stereotype so they can become everyday business you would come to support, not drive past.”
